We’re looking for a experienced programmer to join our Brno-based team — someone who’s not afraid to take responsibility, knows what it takes to build quality software, and can inspire a team to follow a clear vision. Someone eager to influence the direction of the entire project and bring not just experience, but also perspective and positive energy. And if you’ve got LiveOps experience? What will you be doing?
📌 Create and develop games within our Heroes division. Together with a passionate team of developers, you’ll deliver the ultimate experience for our players.
📌 Alongside other programmers, you’ll focus on improving the technical quality of the game, looking for opportunities to optimize and automate. You’ll work smartly and systematically.
📌 You’ll develop and build tools — map generators, LiveOps systems, and other ways to take our games to the next level.
What do you need to know?
📌 You have extensive experience with game development in Unity and C#, and your portfolio includes several published titles on mobile platforms.
📌 You work carefully and systematically, know how to plan your work, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.
📌 You think critically about problems and consider the impact of different solutions.
📌 You’re not afraid of communication with other team members. You’re able to share your experience, support the growth of others, and at the same time treat everyone with fairness and empathy.
📌 You speak Czech or Slovak well enough, to communicate with other members of your team.
