What will you be doing here?
- Focus on user acquisition and enhance the performance of our mobile games
- Come up with new ideas to help the company grow
- Optimize and advance our global campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Unity, etc.)
- Participate in all ongoing projects
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing spend (working with metrics like ROI, LTV, and others)
- Conduct and evaluate A/B tests (in user acquisition and mediation)
- Perform regular reporting, campaign setup, and data communication with the team
- Analyze competitors
What do you need to know?
- Experience in creating campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize – we always work on multiple projects at once
- Analytical mindset and a love for numbers (evaluation, setup, and Excel should be second nature to you)
- Proactivity and a drive to move forward – a positive attitude is essential
- Not afraid to challenge established processes and able to defend your ideas
- Team spirit – we are a small team, and we all pull together
- Leadership experience is an advantage
